Third Eye of Monkey
Behind Third Eye of Monkey is Daniel Neria, based in Mexico city.
Daniel started his musical journey in early 2000 when he fell in love with Goa trance music. With passion and dedication he started to experimenting and producing music in summer 2009.
Later in 2013, Daniel had 4 weird dreams with mythological, alien and otherworldly places and creatures, but in the last one, he dream with the words “Third Eye of Monkey” bringing to live this project, now well known around the globe. Project that had a great response and many releases came after that, releasing many V.A. compilations & EP’s in major and young labels from around the globe.
Third Eye of Monkey’s music is full of surprises and it’s always evolving into a uncharted territory, like strong roots looking to spread.
Inspired strongly by his indigenous roots creating each sound meticulously. Starting with deep and dynamic bass lines, surrounding soundscapes, ancient Aztec & Mayan Instruments and otherworldly sound fxs always creating a unique tale on each track giving life to the final work that will make the audience dance in trance like our ancestors did.
